Adds a new graph node relation to a Ticket Item

ticketItemId	uuid Id of the ticket item to be updated
relation	string The type of relation to create
nodeId	uuid The ID of the node to create relation to
errorIfExists	boolean (optional) Returns error if the relation already exists
